Learn more about data science and its role in revolutionising agriculture
The DRAGON Training School, part of the bigger three year DRAGON project, funded by H2020, will expose you to a unique blend of data science courses, including: machine learning, deep learning, big data and scalable data analytics with case studies such as crop mapping and monitoring, precision farming, phenotyping, molecular data from crops and soil biodiversity.
Agri-EPI Centre, its member, Soil Essentials, and partner, Small Robotic Company, are delighted to be involved with the Training School, which will run from the 25-29 November 2019 at the BioSense Institute, Rectorate Building in Novi Sad.
Dr Shamal Mohammad, CTO of Agri-EPI Centre will sit on the B2B panel on day three (Wednesday 27 November) of the event. He will be joined by Jim Wilson from Soil Essentials, who will also deliver a talk on KORE – online precision farming platform prior to the panel discussion. And on Thursday 28 November, Ben Scott-Robinson of the Small Robot Company will deliver an insightful talk on AI driven robotic service for farming.
