The Satellite Applications Catapult, Agri-EPI Centre and Knowledge Transfer Network (KTN) are uniquely positioned within the UK Agri-Tech innovation ecosystem to provide businesses leveraging satellite technologies with a unique package of support to enable successful entry/ growth within an agricultural sector that is becoming increasingly reliant on data and connectivity for monitoring and forecasting of production and for the management of resources and the environment within a sustainable way.
In order to maximise the relationship between the sectors, the three partners are coming together to provide agri-tech, space, robotics, autonomous vehicles, systems, mobile connectivity, geospatial and UAV companies, of all sizes, with unique business support programmes.
These include:
- “Peer to Peer” group place to discuss difficult challenges to prevent it “being lonely at the top”.
- “Survive to Thrive” for stabilisation 6 A process of fix-win-grow to pull people out of negative territory due to circumstances, mainly COVID-19 related.
- “Quad” for growth Aimed at realising investment for accelerated and focussed growth of company, revenues and profits
