AJ & RG Barber Ltd have been making farmhouse cheddar in Ditcheat, Somerset since 1833. Milk is supplied from the Barber’s home farms, plus 140 family dairy farms from across Somerset and Dorset. In addition to the Ditcheat processing facility, Barbers also process milk at their site at Ford Farms, Dorset. Barbers have built on their long heritage to develop a range of authentic farmhouse cheeses that are marketed in the UK and exported across the world. Barbers are proud sponsors of the Agri-EPI Centre and purchase the milk from this ground-breaking facility.
