Robotriks is a Robotics focused R&D company based in Par, Cornwall. They often assist companies bringing their own concepts and prototypes to life, however have also been developing an autonomous agricultural robotic platform suitable for a range of multidisciplinary tasks on the farm. They call this platform the Robotic Traction Unit, or RTU for short. With a highly configurable frame and a robust drive system, the goal is to show that automation does not have to be big and heavy. Instead technology now allows for a lightweight and robust robot that can operate on almost any inclined surface, in any condition.
