Agri-EPI welcomes Programme Delivery Manager, Christelle Harrison, to the Business Development Team

The Agri-EPI centre has recently welcomed on board a Programme Delivery Manager, Christelle Harrison, to their Business Development Team.

Christelle is a PRINCE2 practitioner with a diverse background in project management in industry and academia. She has had over 10 years of experience in project management across sustainability, bioenergy, digital technologies, manufacturing, transport and living labs, at 4 Midlands Universities – University of Birmingham, Aston University, Birmingham City University and Wolverhampton University. Throughout her career, Christelle has worked with various funders including EU Interreg, ERDF, Innovate UK, DCMS and HSBC, and a consortium of public and private sectors.

Prior to working in project management, Christelle has developed and implemented a CRM system in several European offices of Ishida, a Japanese owned company specialising in multi-head weighers primarily for the food industry.

Christelle has joined the Business Development Team to help manager the delivery of the Sustaining Shropshire project, a collaborative project with Harper Adams University and the School of Sustainable Food and Farming, funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.

Christelle said:
“I am excited to be joining Agri-EPI and the Agri-Tech Centres. I am looking forward to supporting local entrepreneurs and businesses through the Sustaining Shropshire Start-up and Business Growth Programmes, a project dedicated to developing the Agri-tech, agri-food/drink, and supply chain sectors in Shropshire.”
